Payment, Cancellation, and Attendee Substitution
Transplace reserves the right to cancel individual conference registrations at any time. If your registration is cancelled, you will be notified in writing and will receive a full refund of the conference fee, regardless of the cancellation date.
Payment Policy:Registration must be paid in full and received by Transplace on or before May 31, 2009, to qualify for any early registration discounts. Registration and payment received after May 31, 2009, will be processed as regular registration fees.
Cancellation Policy:Event cancellation requests must be submitted by email to symposium@transplace.com and received by Transplace before April 1, 2010, to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received by Transplace between April 1, 2010 and April 22, 2010, will receive a 50% refund and any cancellations after April 22, 2010 will receive a 25% refund.
Substitution Policy:Attendee substitutions from within the same company may be made at any time but must be made in writing. Substituting registration status for an individual outside your company will not be granted. Please send an email to symposium@transplace.com to request a substitution. Substitutions are not confirmed until you receive written approval from the Symposium Planning Team.
