Transplace is pleased to offer the Shipper Symposium Express for all attendees of the 2010 Shipper Symposium. Bus transportation between Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and the Renaissance Glendale Hotel will be offered on May 11th between the hours of 930am and 730pm. Buses will depart approximately once an hour.

All attendees taking advantage of this service need to retrieve their bags from baggage claim and then proceed outside to the curb where shuttle bus signs are posted. The Shipper Symposium Express is operated by Coach America and there will be an identification sign in the window of the bus. Due to Sky Harbor Airport policies, the bus is unable to sit outside the terminal. All of the flight information that has been provided to Transplace will be given to the bus driver so that he may anticipate as many arrivals as possible. However, to assist with the pick-up process, please contact one of the following individuals after you have claimed your bag so that they can alert the bus driver that you are waiting. If you are traveling with multiple people, only one person need call.

When you board the bus, just let the driver know which hotel you need. **Please note that there may be a small wait for the shuttle to return to your terminal.

If you are staying at the SpringHill Suites, scheduled shuttle service will be available to the Renaissance at the following times-
May 11th – 3:00pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm and 4:45pm
May 12th – 6:30am, 6:45am, 4:15pm and 5:30pm
May 13th – 6:30am and 6:45am
