Shipper SymposiumTransplace

Welcome to the 2008 Shipper Symposium! Whether this is your first year or your sixth to join us, we’re pleased to have you as part of the event. Transplace is taking the show on the road this year and we invite you to join us in beautiful Rogers, Arkansas. Our host venue from April 22 to 24, 2008 will be the John Q. Hammons Center. Hotel accommodations will be available for a discounted rate at the adjacent Embassy Suites. Click here for more information on both of these properties.

The full Symposium agenda is available now so be sure to check it out. We’ve made a change to the flow of events, with golf in the middle of the Symposium rather than at the beginning. We wanted to provide as much content as possible and felt that by dedicating a full day Tuesday, part of Wednesday afternoon and a full day Thursday to content, we would be exceeding the expectations of our repeat attendees.

Symposium registration will be available on November 1, 2007. Registration fees are discounted until January 31, 2008, so sign up early. You can add golf to any package for only $60 – this year’s course is Shadow Valley.

As always, we will be holding a charity raffle and silent auction during the 2008 Symposium. For 2008, we are pleased to be supporting the Victory Junction Gang Camp. Inspired by his late son Adam’s work with sick children, Kyle Petty partnered with actor Paul Newman to establish the Victory Junction Gang Camp for children with chronic or life-threatening illnesses. The camp enriches the lives of these children by providing life-changing camping experiences that are exciting, fun and empowering in a safe and medically sound environment. The most ambitious of Kyle’s many charitable projects; it is the official charity of NASCAR.

We’ve brought back the sponsorship opportunities for 2008. Refreshment breaks, cocktail hours, lunches, the golf tournament and even the full Shipper Symposium– the possibilities are endless and the value is amazing! Free conference registrations, a full page advertisement in our attendee guidebook, your banner displayed during the golf tournament, or even your logo on the polo shirt that is given to each attendee: how often people will see your name is completely up to you – the bigger the sponsorship, the better the exposure. There’s no better, or easier, way to get your company noticed – before, during and after the event. For more information on the available sponsorships, click here.
